The FUMC Chancel Choir is a staple of our traditional Sunday morning service, ministering to our congregation through a weekly anthem of praise. We join together in corporate worship as we sing the Great Hymns of the church and declare our faith through the Apostles' Creed. The worship is followed by a message of hope as Pastor Black shares the Word with God's people.
The choir also performs cantatas and other special presentations at various times throughout the year. We are always looking for new singers who are interested in leading the congregation into the presence of God, so come make a "joyful noise" with us as we worship the Lord...together.
The Choir meets for practice at 6:00 PM on Wednesday nights in the choir room, located in the children's wing of the church (2nd floor).
