At First United Methodist, we believe that healthy, long-term relationships are the key to making life function as God intended. Being part of a network of friends gives us strength, confidence, and joy to live our lives each day for Jesus Christ. Nothing provides such incredible, life-altering experiences as being deeply and positively connected with other people of like interests.
One of the easiest ways to begin that life-long connection is in a FUMC Home Group - a small group of people who share common life interests, along with a desire to learn and grow in their relationship with Jesus. Through a shared interest, hobby, common purpose, or stage in life, FUMC Home Groups provide YOU a place to belong, and grow with a group of friends.
FUMC Home Groups typically meet once a week, either on Sunday nights or various weeknights. We currently offer 11 diverse groups representing many different "ages and stages" of life.
