The halls of First United Methodist Church wouldn't look the way they do without Charlie Davis, FUMC's Custodian/Maintenance head since 2005. Besides specializing in custodial/maintenance issues, Charlie is also a certified Lay Speaker in the Methodist Church. He has a long resume of work experience stating, "I can do just about anything I set my mind to, except maybe brain surgery."
Charlie's goal as a custodian is to, "provide a safe and comfortable environment for both church members and visitors, alike. I want people to enjoy their time spent inside the walls of FUMC." He is married with two daughters, and also enjoys three wonderful grandchildren.
Charlie's interests include gardening, doing home repairs, and exercising, but he cherishes his daily walk with Jesus and spending time with his family most of all.
